Communications and Branding Refresh
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) provides essential water, wastewater and solid waste disposal services to more than 1.6 million residents across 10 counties in the North Texas region. The 60-year-old agency was in need of a communications/branding update to align the agency’s communications materials and messaging with the sophistication of its services. Updating virtually all District’s communications including digital tools, website, annual report, social media and creating videos was a key way to better convey the critical role and value of the organization.
Sigler Communications' Role
Sigler Communications was retained by NTMWD to completely overhaul and refresh the District’s communications materials including writing and designing the District’s website, creating infographics, updating the social media channels, writing and designing the annual report and developing templates for PowerPoint slides.
We developed and honed messages to resonate with multiple stakeholders including mayors and city councils of the 90 communities they serve.
